Homemade scalloped potatoes with ham

This is super yummy. Another crock pot recipe

6 russet potatoes large
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 pound cubed ham
Onion powder or real onions to taste

Peel and then slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Layer them in crockpot worth ham. In a separate bowl combine soup, water, cheese and onion. Pour mixture over potatoes and ham, cook on high for 3.5 hours then warm til ready to serve. Had it last night. Yum. Kids loved it

    1. I am making this tonight! Thanks for the reminder of how good this is. I mix everything up in a casserole dish and put it in the oven for an hour or hour and half and do add greenbeans and milk to it. So yummy!
